Make checks payable to: Education Foundation of WCPS
- Pick a day or days to participate - Casual for Charity is not limited to Fridays!
- Register with the Education Foundation of WCPS as a Casual for Charity participant by emailing info@educationfoundationofwcps.org
- After your first donation, your company name will appear on our website as a "Casual for Charity" participant
- When you share a photo of your employees participating via Facebook or Instagram and tag @WCPSedfound - the Education Foundation of WCPS will share & repost as a special thank you!
ASSIGN A COORDINATOR TO:
- Inform your employees about your organization's participation in the Education Foundation of WCPS Casual for Charity campaign
- Post the flyer in a common area, and share via email (Include participation dates) - Include your organization's definition of "Casual"
- If your organization is open to the public, post the "proud participant" flyer in a common area
- Collect donations on Fridays from participating employees
- Submit donations via the Education Foundation of WCPS website: https://educationfoundationofwcps.charityproud.org/Donate (consider a company match program for every dollar raised) - on the drop down menu select "General Donations - Casual for Charity Businesses"
