Yes. The Education Foundation of WCPS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 26-4370163. All donations and gifts to the Education Foundation are indeed tax-deductible.

The Education Foundation of WCPS exists to support WCPS, but we are a separate non-profit organization.
