As an educator, I believe schools are the heart of a community. When communities invest in future generations by supporting public education, it creates a sense of hope among students and positively influences economic mobility upward. By supporting education in Washington County, the foundation provides funds that expand programs for students and provides access to skills and competencies they will need to be successful in their chosen field of study. I am excited to part of an organization that promotes public education through community involvement and gives teachers the resources to enhance their instruction. We are creating our future generation of innovators and critical thinkers, and I am proud of the work we do to support education in Washington County!
